2016 Roberta K. Eichler Heart of Gold Scholarship Winner

The Volunteer Center of United Way of Western CT is pleased to announce that Alexandra Bergman of AITE is the 2016  Roberta K. Eichler Heart of Gold Scholarship.  The $5,000 scholarship is awarded annually to support and promote the continuing education of an outstanding student volunteer from our community.  Thank you to all who submitted applications.

Each year The Volunteer Center of United Way of Western Connecticut honors community volunteers who have made a positive impact in the city of Stamford.  We receive dozens of nominations from nonprofits, schools and community members and are pleased to share the 2015 winners below:
